Yes, we will use a mild dilation eye drop, and may use a stronger dilation eye drop if we need a better look. With the mild dilation eye drop, you are unlikely to experience any symptoms. But for some patients, you may become sensitive to light and have difficulty reading your phone for a few hours before it returns to normal.

None of our scans use X-ray radiation. They use infrared or visible light, which are not harmful.
