Educational Background
I pursued my studies in Optometry at the University of Waterloo, where I gained significant practical experience. During my education, I interned at a disease-based clinic in Florida, managing a wide range of patients with conditions such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy. This pivotal experience solidified my advocacy for preventative care to maintain healthy vision and sparked my deep interest in the complexities of the visual system.
